At Tillotson Enterprises, we’ve specialized in spray-applied roof coating systems for more than 17 years, and in that time have coated literally millions of square feet of roof in Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.

We want to work with you, so we make it a point to be flexible. We offer a variety of systems and work on all types of existing roofs. We can and do take on projects of all sizes, from 625,000 sq. ft. to less then 100 sq ft. We also use the latest equipment and small, well-trained crews, closely supervised to get a level of quality not always found among the contractors who will be asking for your business.
Safe and secure
All our key employees have completed a 10-hour OSHA training class and we are fully compliant with OSHA regulations. That’s important because an OSHA fine can include the building owner as well as the contractor.
Safety for our workers is central to the way we do business. In our entire company history, we’ve had only two minor Workman’s Compensation related accidents, with both returning to work the same day.

Tillotson Enterprises offers a variety of spray-applied roofing systems and have achieved special status with our major suppliers. We are a Master Contractor with the Conklin Company and among the five largest purchasers in the country. We are also an Alpha Contractor with Neogard and BASF (www.alpha.pbsrg.com), one of only 12 in the country.
In addition, Tillotson Enterprises belongs to professional organizations such as the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA), the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), the Better Business Bureau and the Kearney Chamber of Commerce.
Guaranteed
We use coatings that live well beyond the warranty period of the roof. Typically, we will warranty a roof for 5, 10, 12 or 15 years and these warranties can be renewed by recoating the roof within the “recoating window”, even after the warranty runs out. Unlike some warranties, which are depreciated each year, we offer 100% material and labor guarantee throughout the entire warranty period. We are confident enough to do this, because we estimate that, on average, our roofs last twice as long as the warranty period.
